TKL Group Hosts Special Training on Basic Product Knowledge for Management Personnel

On May 23, the special training on "Basic Product Knowledge", organized by the Technical Department, was successfully held in the conference room on the second floor of the Group's office building. Managers from all departments took an active part in the event; the venue was fully occupied with a strong learning atmosphere.

The training consisted of five modules: first, the classification of the Group's self-developed product systems; second, the operating principles of braking systems; third, the coding rules and implications of part numbers; fourth, standardized production processes and control specifications; fifth, Q&A and discussion on technical issues. Balancing theory and practical application, the training was closely aligned with daily business, enabling participants to gain comprehensive know-how ranging from working principles to practical application of products.

During the session, participants showed great enthusiasm for product knowledge relevant to their daily duties, listening attentively and taking key notes. Many attendees raised practical technical puzzles encountered at work on-site, which were answered professionally and further discussed by technical specialists. Frequent interactions and positive feedback fostered a vibrant environment for technical exchange.
