A Series – Single Convoluted Air Springs
Ideal for mid-sized passenger buses, delivering reliable ride comfort and consistent support.
B Series – Bellows Air Spring Assemblies
Built for heavy-duty use in industrial equipment, agricultural machinery, modified vehicles, and trailers.
V Series – Convoluted Air Springs with Metal, Plastic, or Aluminum Bases
Engineered for light trucks, cargo trucks, tractors, trailers, and specialized vehicles (including hazardous material transport).
C Series – Sleeve Air Springs
Specifically designed for commercial vehicle cabins and seats, providing superior vibration isolation and driver comfort.

TKL air springs are constructed as flexible bellows, composed of two layers of rubber and two layers of cord fabric, cured together and mounted between metal or composite components. The spring functions through pressurized air, delivering adaptive support by adjusting force in response to changes in air pressure and surface dimensions — resulting in consistent, reliable suspension performance.

TKL air springs are widely used across the commercial vehicle sector, including:
- Seat Air Springs
- Cabin Air Springs
- Chassis Air Springs
- Lifting Air Springs

To ensure optimal performance and service life, please follow these installation best practices:
1. Pre-installation Inspection
Verify that the air spring model matches the vehicle specifications. Inspect the air spring for any visible damage such as cuts or abrasions.
2. Prevent Mechanical Damage
During installation, take care to avoid cuts or damage to the rubber bellows from sharp tools or surrounding components.
3. External Bump Stop Handling
If an external bump stop is present, remove it before installation and inspect it for wear or failure. Use a jack to properly align components — failure to position correctly may cause the air spring to inflate unevenly, leading to misalignment or damage.
4. Torque Specifications
Tighten all fasteners to the specified torque values to ensure secure attachment and avoid leaks.
5. Proper Alignment and Inflation Procedure
After installation, confirm that the air spring is in a semi-rolled state (the bellows properly wraps around the piston).
Do not compress the air spring beyond its minimum height without air pressure, as this may cause components to make contact and damage the bellows.
Do not inflate the air spring at full extension without proper seating, as this may prevent proper rolling action, causing interference with surrounding parts or detachment, which can lead to serious safety risks.
6. Post-installation Leak Check
After inflation, apply soapy water to all connection points to check for leaks. Failure to detect leaks may result in the vehicle losing suspension height after parking.
This is the first one.
